This privacy policy applies to the online language coaching service Bredow Academy, operated by Florian Bredow under The Partners Wedding family business, registered in Vietnam under Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp / Zalo), provided voluntarily via our contact form or direct message.
• Quiz / assessment answers — submitted through our free roadmap tool (child's age, current German level, learning goal), used solely to generate a personalised result.
• Communication records — emails and messages exchanged for lesson coordination.

We do not collect payment details directly — payments are handled through agreed-upon external channels.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Responding to enquiries and scheduling sessions
• Sending the personalised learning roadmap you requested
• Coordinating and administering ongoing coaching sessions

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g. the email delivery provider used to send your roadmap result). These providers are bound by their own data protection obligations.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. No personal data is collected through passive browsing of this site.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact details and lesson-related records for as long as the coaching relationship is active and for up to 2 years thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion. Quiz submissions are stored to improve the roadmap tool and may be retained in anonymised form.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
