These terms apply to all tutoring services provided by Florian Bredow (Bredow Academy) to parents and students booking lessons via this website or direct contact.
Lessons are booked in packages (10, 40, or 80 sessions). All prices are per student — each student in a micro-group requires their own booking and payment. Payment is due before the first lesson of each package. We accept bank transfer and other arrangements as agreed individually. A free trial lesson is available before any commitment.
Lessons cancelled with at least 12 hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows will be counted as used sessions, except in genuine emergencies — assessed on a case-by-case basis with goodwill.
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or a comparable platform. A stable internet connection and a device with camera and microphone are required. Sessions are 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
Purchased lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of first lesson. Unused sessions do not expire before this period and are not refunded after it unless agreed otherwise.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of payment. Within this period, a full refund is available if lessons have not yet begun, or a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions if lessons have already started.
After 14 days, no refund is possible. However, any remaining unused sessions in a package may be transferred to another student (e.g. a sibling or friend) upon written request to bredow.academy@gmail.com. Transfers are subject to availability and must be agreed individually.
Session transfers are valid for the remainder of the original package validity period (12 months from first lesson).
Personal data (name, email, contact details) collected via this website is used solely for lesson coordination and communication. No data is shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing bredow.academy@gmail.com.
